Privacy Policy

Effective July 9, 2026

1. Who We Are

AdPromoVerse ("we", "us", "our") is a brand intelligence platform for digital advertising, available at adpromoverse.in. We help businesses and agencies understand how their advertising is performing by analyzing the ad accounts they connect, surfacing risks in campaign performance, and suggesting fixes.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at support@adpromoverse.in.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you join our waitlist, we collect the contact details you submit.

Business information you provide. During onboarding you may tell us about your business — your brand, website, products, customers, competitors, and goals. We use this to build a private brand profile that gives context to our analysis.

Advertising platform data. When you connect an advertising account (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads), you authorize us — through each platform's official authorization flow (OAuth) — to access data from that account. This includes account and campaign identifiers, campaign settings and structure, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend.

Usage and diagnostic data. We collect standard technical logs and error diagnostics to keep the service reliable and secure.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the AdPromoVerse service:

  • Analyzing the performance of your connected advertising campaigns to detect risks and suggest fixes.
  • Building and maintaining your organization's private brand profile so analysis reflects your business context.
  • Showing you dashboards, alerts, and notifications about your campaigns.
  • Operating, securing, and supporting the service, and communicating with you about it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to advertise to you or anyone else.

4. AI Processing

AdPromoVerse uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to analyze your campaign data and business information and to generate the analysis you see in the product — brand profiles, risk explanations, and suggested fixes. These outputs are generated for your organization only.

Where AI processing is performed by an infrastructure provider on our behalf, it is limited to providing the service to you. We do not use your data — including any data received from Google or Meta — to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

5. Google User Data

When you connect a Google Ads account, AdPromoVerse accesses data from the Google Ads API as described in Section 2. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features of AdPromoVerse described in this policy.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (see Section 7), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell it.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

You can revoke AdPromoVerse's access to your Google data at any time from your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the account inside AdPromoVerse.

6. Meta Platform Data

When you connect a Meta ad account, we access campaign settings and performance metrics through Meta's Marketing API under the same principles: the data is used only to provide the service to you, is never sold, and is never used for our own advertising. You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business settings or by disconnecting the account inside AdPromoVerse.

7. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform — cloud hosting and data infrastructure (such as Google Cloud and Supabase) and error monitoring (such as Sentry) — under agreements that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AdPromoVerse, our users, or the public.

Your brand profile and advertising data are private to your organization. They are never shared with other customers.

8. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use only essential cookies and browser storage — to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the service securely — plus error diagnostics to keep the service reliable. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. When you disconnect an advertising account, we stop collecting new data from it and delete the performance data previously collected from that account within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@adpromoverse.in; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We may retain limited records (such as billing records) for as long as required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

10. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and isolation between customer organizations. Advertising platform credentials are stored as encrypted OAuth tokens — we never see or store your Google or Meta passwords.

11. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted on cloud providers with data centers primarily in the United States. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Wherever your data is processed, it is protected under this policy and our agreements with our service providers.

12. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@adpromoverse.in. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we honor requests made under those laws regardless of where you are located:

  • India (DPDP Act, 2023). You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to nominate another person to exercise your rights, and to grievance redressal. Our processing relies on the consent you give when you create an account and connect data, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • EEA / UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access and deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

13. Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, you can reach our Grievance Officer at support@adpromoverse.in with "Grievance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it within the timelines required by applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

14. Children

AdPromoVerse is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

15. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify registered users by email or in-product notice before the changes take effect.
